The Terminator particle
The Large Hadron Collider has failed to work so far. Some people blame it on a faulty design. Some people blame it on shoddy construction. Some people blame it on the fact a black hole will destroy whatever it is used to make one. Now, people are blaming it on particles from the future traveling back in time to destroy the LHC because it hates, and I mean really hates, Higgs bosons. Now, Higgs bosons are often referred to “God particles”, in that they sorta explain everything in one neat little package. So these particles from the future should be called Terminator particles. Now, where all this gets real good is if they do figure out how the stop the Terminator particles and get the LHC to actually work and generate the actual “God particle”, this will occur in December, 2012.
This is better than anything in the movie.

Umm, if particles from the future destroy the LHC then they will destroy the very thing that created them in the first place which means they couldnt have come because they were never created. Or something like that.
My thought was if they never find the God particle because it keeps getting sabotaged, how would they ever know it’s bad?
