Still waiting on Global Warming
Tomorrow the forecast high for my home town is 52 degrees. If that happens, it will be the only day this YEAR that has gotten warmer than the average high. The forecast for the next day? Highs in the 30’s and snow. It has stayed about 20 degrees too cold for more than two months.

Global warming does not mean it will be too hot all the time, it means that the extremes will be more extreme. 20 degrees too cold for two months? Sounds pretty extreme.
Yeah, it’s almost as bad as it was about five years ago, which was about as bad as about 10 years ago, which was almost as bad as about 15 years ago, and 20 years ago was unreal.
The only thing extreme about this cold stretch is that some people are trying to convince me that it’s the warmest winter on record ( I kid you not, go to the NOAA site ).
